At Crown & Spade Decks, we take pride in creating premium playing cards and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this policy explains your rights and the process for returning items.
Returns & Refunds
Thank you for supporting Crown & Spade Decks. Every deck is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unopened and unused.
Remain in its original cellophane wrapping.
Be in its original packaging.
Be in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the packaging and the product.
We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or unsealed decks.
Used products.
Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
Gift cards (if applicable).
Lost Deliveries
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with the courier to investigate the shipment before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty product, we'll happily exchange it for the same item, subject to availability.
